Brazos Midstream Announces Expansion of Credit Facility to $1.1 Billion

Increased funds support additional growth and expansion of ongoing operations throughout the Midland Basin

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brazos Midstream (“Brazos”) today announced that its subsidiary, Brazos Midland, LLC, has completed an expansion of its senior credit facility to $1.1 billion from $225 million in commitments from a syndicate of banks. These funds support the ongoing expansion of Brazos’ natural gas gathering and processing system throughout the Midland Basin, one of the most robust and active oil and gas producing regions in the United States.
