Smith Currie Oles Promotes Four Attorneys to Partner
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Smith Currie Oles LLP announced today that it has elevated four attorneys to partner: Caroline Brooks, Sean Farrell, Daniel Wolcott, and Nicole Wolfe. The promotions became effective on January 1, 2026.

Caroline Brooks represents owners, contractors, architects, and design professionals in construction litigation. She brings experience as a legislative aide to a Virginia lawmaker to her work, which also includes counseling parties on construction-related issues outside of litigation. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Colby College, and her J.D., with honors, from Boston University School of Law. She is based in Smith Currie Oles’ Washington, D.C. Metro office.
Sean Farrell represents construction industry professionals in a wide variety of matters, frequently advising on large lawsuits involving the government and private parties. He also handles construction-related transactions. The son of a carpenter and contractor, he has been named to Best Lawyers in America’s One to Watch every year since 2021. Sean received a B.A. from Wake Forest University and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is based in Smith Currie Oles’ Atlanta office.
Daniel Wolcott represents parties in a wide range of construction and real estate disputes, often working on design defect claims, large infrastructure cases, or other matters with significant engineering or design-related issues. He has also handled disputes for and against government entities and represents private parties in government investigations. He began his legal career in the Real Property, Construction and Authorities section of the Georgia Office of the Attorney General. Daniel received a B.A. from Tulane University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is based in Smith Currie Oles’ Atlanta office.
Nicole Wolfe represents government contractors and subcontractors on insurance coverage matters, bid protests, and claims before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals. She also advises on employment and labor claims before the Seattle office of the Hearing Examiner. Nicole earned a B.A. from the University of Washington and her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law. She is based in Smith Currie Oles’ Seattle office.
