The integration of Boxtrot merchants reinforced Shipfusion’s ability to support high-volume ecommerce brands, leveraging its industry-leading proprietary software and vast North American warehouse network. Shipfusion’s continued focus on technology and operational excellence enabled all merchants to maintain momentum throughout the transition phase.
“We saw so many alignment opportunities between Shipfusion and Boxtrot,” said Brandon Luft, CEO of Shipfusion. “We’re both known for boutique-style service and support. Coupled with Shipfusion’s national network and award-winning technology, we’re excited to provide these merchants with the tools to support their growth.”
The acquisition contributed to a record-breaking year for Shipfusion. The company’s continued investment in technology and operational processes to support high-volume ecommerce brands enabled merchants to scale at an accelerated pace—with some brands experiencing growth of up to 250% and shipping more than 100,000 orders in a single month.
“We had long admired Shipfusion’s commitment to creating a world-class fulfillment experience for every client,” said Isaac Lichter, founder of Boxtrot. “Since the transition, our customer base has praised Shipfusion’s dedicated account management, their impressive facilities, and the speed and efficiency in managing their inventory and orders.”
The Boxtrot transaction represents Shipfusion’s first strategic acquisition, layered onto a year that saw significant organic growth, supported by the addition of a new 350,000 sq ft facility in Pennsylvania. With four warehouses across North America totalling more than 1 million sq ft., Shipfusion saw shipment volume increase over 65% in 2025, driven by expanding demand from high-growth ecommerce brands.
In terms of future plans for Shipfusion, Luft says, “We are seeing very positive momentum in the ecommerce space and expect strong growth to continue, both from our existing merchants, and from others seeking support for their skyrocketing demand.”
