LRE Announces Leadership Appointments to Advance the Company’s Strategy and Energy Vision

Ben Lamb Appointed Chief Financial Officer; Caitlin Beer Named Chief Legal Officer

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LRE (Leeward Renewable Energy), a leading U.S. renewable energy company, today announced two senior leadership appointments that further strengthen the company’s organizational foundation and support its long-term strategy and operational priorities.

LRE announced the appointment of Ben Lamb as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in financial leadership, operations, and strategic execution across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Most recently, Lamb served as Chief Financial Officer of Neighborly®, where he oversaw financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, and capital structure in support of the company’s growth and long-term value creation.

Prior to Neighborly, Lamb served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at EnLink Midstream, a publicly traded midstream energy company, and previously as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he played a key role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic plans and advancing major acquisition and corporate development initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Lamb spent more than a decade in investment banking, advising Fortune 500 companies and boards on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and capital markets transactions at Greenhill & Co., UBS Investment Bank, and Merrill Lynch. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, economics, and international business from Baylor University.

LRE announced the promotion of Caitlin Beer to Chief Legal Officer. In her role, Beer leads LRE’s legal strategy and provides counsel on corporate governance, complex transactions, and commercial matters that support the company’s continued growth.

With more than 15 years of experience in real estate, construction, finance, and energy law, Beer brings deep expertise in structuring and negotiating major commercial agreements, managing enterprise risk, and guiding strategic initiatives across the organization. Since joining LRE in 2020, she has held several key leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, where she played a critical role in supporting the company’s expansion and execution across its growing wind, solar, and energy storage portfolio.

Prior to joining LRE, Beer was a Partner at K&L Gates, where she focused on renewable energy acquisition, development, and finance. She began her legal career at Latham & Watkins. Beer earned her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.

“These leadership appointments reflect a thoughtful evolution of our organization as we continue to scale and execute on our strategy,” said Jason Allen, Chief Executive Officer of LRE. “Ben brings exceptional financial and operational experience, along with a strong track record of disciplined execution, that will help position LRE for its next phase of growth. Caitlin’s proven legal expertise and leadership will be critical as we grow our portfolio and navigate an increasingly complex operating environment.”

These appointments underscore LRE’s continued commitment to operational excellence, disciplined growth, and meeting rising U.S. energy demand through reliable, cost-effective renewable energy solutions for customers and communities nationwide.
