Gilmore Bell Announces New Director in Salt Lake City

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gilmore & Bell, P.C., a leading public finance law firm, is pleased to announce that Aaron Wade has been named director in the Salt Lake City office.

Mr. Wade has practiced law as a municipal bond attorney since entering the law practice in 2017 with a focus on tax exempt financings for state agencies, municipalities, and special districts in Utah and throughout the West and frequently serves as bond, disclosure, or underwriter’s counsel. He has developed expertise on the Public Infrastructure District Act and has assisted cities and counties in creating districts and has served as bond and disclosure counsel for numerous public infrastructure districts. Mr. Wade is licensed to practice in Utah and New Mexico. He received dual B.S. degrees from Utah State University in Finance and Economics in 2012 (magna cum laude) and his J.D. (with highest honors) from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2017 where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Utah Law Review and won the Western Region as a member of the Transactional Law Meet team. Prior to law school Mr. Wade worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.
