Pritzker Alternative Strategies Appoints Joseph Kusnan As Senior Advisor

Private Markets Investing Veteran Brings Broad Family Network and Deep Experience Advising Prominent Family Groups

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pritzker Alternative Strategies LP (“PAS” or “the firm”), a differentiated family capital investment firm focused on making passive investments in high-quality private equity funds and their related investment opportunities, today announced the appointment of Joseph Kusnan as senior advisor to PAS. Mr. Kusnan brings more than 25 years of family office investing, advisory and consulting experience with family offices to support the firm’s investing and portfolio construction strategy.

Mr. Kusnan advises and consults for several family offices, institutional investors and investment managers. He most recently led private investments for the Pegula family, owners of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. He previously served as CIO of a single-family office; partner at Highbridge Capital Management, where he led event-driven portfolios; and co-founded an investment partnership backed by Highbridge. Along with PAS’ other senior advisors, Mr. Kusnan will work closely with the PAS leadership team to further strengthen the firm’s relationships with family investing groups and provide counsel as PAS executes its private markets investing strategies.
