Trivest Announces Promotions Across the Firm
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trivest Partners (“Trivest” or the “Firm”) today announced the following promotions, recognizing individual achievement and reflecting the culture of performance and opportunity that defines Trivest.
Stephen Koren has been promoted to Managing Director within Trivest’s Recognition Fund investment team. Prior to joining Trivest in 2021, Stephen was the CFO of Inspire, a clean energy company, and served in executive roles at startup and growth-stage businesses including Ladder and Harry’s. Earlier in his career, he worked at Charlesbank Capital Partners, focusing on private equity transactions across the consumer, industrial, and energy sectors, and as a management consultant with Bain & Company. Stephen received his A.B. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University.
Neel Sheth has been promoted to Principal, Deputy General Counsel within Trivest’s legal team. Prior to joining Trivest in 2022, Neel was an Associate in the M&A groups of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP in New York, where he focused on private equity transactions. Neel received his B.S.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Yan Levinski has been promoted to Principal within Trivest’s Mid-Market Fund investment team. Prior to joining Trivest in 2022, Yan was a Vice President at CIP Capital, a New York–based private equity firm, where he focused on middle-market investments in the business services sector over a six-year tenure. Previously, he was an Associate at Lovell Minnick Partners and began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in the Financial Institutions Group and was formerly a professional tennis player in Australia. Yan received his B.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University.
Andres Policastro has been promoted to Principal within Trivest’s Growth Investment Fund investment team. Prior to joining Trivest in 2020, Andres was an Associate at Comvest Credit Partners, where he provided debt and equity financing solutions to middle-market businesses. Previously, he was an Analyst at Regions Bank in Leveraged Finance. Andres received his B.S. in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University.
Brandon Berish has been promoted to Vice President within Trivest’s Discovery Fund investment team. Prior to joining Trivest in 2022, Brandon was an Analyst at Field Holdings, a family office, where he focused on originating, evaluating, and executing lower middle-market acquisitions and supporting portfolio companies. Brandon previously spent two years as a venture capital investor based in Chicago and began his career working in his family’s wine and spirits business. He received his B.S. in Finance from Lake Forest College.
Daniel Valiente has been promoted to Vice President within Trivest’s Growth Investment Fund investment team. Prior to joining Trivest in 2024, Daniel was a Senior Associate at Trive Capital, where he evaluated and executed middle-market control transactions and supported portfolio companies. Daniel began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Antarctica Advisors. He graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University with a B.B.A. in Finance.
Adi Rahman has been promoted to Senior Associate within Trivest’s Discovery Fund investment team. Prior to joining Trivest in 2023, Adi was an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams. Earlier, he served as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategy at PNC, supporting firmwide M&A and integration initiatives. Adi began his career as a Corporate and Institutional Banking Analyst at PNC and earned his B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
Max Winter has been promoted to Senior Associate within Trivest’s Mid-Market Fund investment team. Prior to joining Trivest in 2023, Max was an Investment Banking Analyst at TM Capital Corp. He received his B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Keri Moreda has been promoted to Director of Human Resources within Trivest’s human resources team. Keri joined Trivest in 2024 and brings broad experience across human resources operations and organizational support. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University.
Rachel Oliva has been promoted to Senior Fund Accountant within Trivest’s accounting team. Prior to joining Trivest in 2021, Rachel graduated from Florida International University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance.
