Vergent Appoints Mike Rogers as Chief Growth Officer

RIDGELAND, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vergent, a complete, end-to-end lending platform, has announced the appointment of Mike Rogers as Chief Growth Officer. Rogers brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across fintech, payments, and financial technology, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling go-to-market strategies, and building diversified, sustainable business models.

In his new role, Rogers will be responsible for company-wide revenue growth with a focus on delivering industry changing consumer user experience, customer value and service delivery. His responsibilities include ownership of diversified transaction revenue growth, new client acquisition, expansion across existing clients, and execution of Vergent’s go-to-market strategy. He will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Operations leadership to align growth initiatives with platform capabilities and market demand.

Rogers brings deep expertise in building and scaling revenue engines across lending, payments, bill pay, and financial services technology. Most recently, he served in senior growth and revenue leadership roles at companies including Solutions by Text, Constant.ai, and ACI Worldwide, where he led commercial strategy, partnerships, and market expansion efforts. Over the course of his career, Rogers has supported or led multiple high-value M&A transactions, built high-performing sales and partnership organizations, and driven significant increases in recurring and transaction-based revenues.
