Sam Benham, CPA, is a member of FD’s Audit Practice in Atlanta with more than 10 years of experience serving companies globally. He specializes in providing audit and assurance services to companies across industries that include technology, timber & forestry and financial & professional services. Benham is a recognized technical expert in complex accounting areas, including fair value measurements, multinational consolidations, revenue recognition and International Financial Reporting Standards. Beyond his client work, he serves as the Partner in Charge of Audit Innovation.

Alicia Chumley, CPA, is a member of FD’s Tax Practice in Atlanta with more than 10 years of experience serving high-net-worth (HNW) clients. She primarily works with HNW individuals, multiple generation family entities and trusts, as well as closely-held businesses to develop and implement comprehensive tax and estate planning strategies. Chumley is known for her strength in planning client engagements and assisting with both short-term and long-term tax planning.

Joonas Degerman, CPA, is a member of FD’s Audit Practice in Nashville with more than 15 years of experience providing audit, attestation and compliance services to clients across industries. A former Senior Manager at a Big 4 firm, he has served both multinational public companies and private, PE-backed companies in the technology, manufacturing and healthcare sectors, with deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition, accounting advisory and internal control transformation. Degerman specializes in guiding middle-market and emerging growth companies through the development and execution of technical accounting policies and has extensive experience working with large and medium-sized multinational organizations.

Kristi Epp, CPA, is a member of FD’s Tax Practice in Atlanta with more than 10 years of experience providing clients with tax planning and compliance services. She works closely with business owners and HNW to provide integrated strategies related to entity structuring, pass-through taxation and long-term wealth planning. Epp is a member of the firm’s Passthrough & Real Estate Tax Group, where she focuses on real estate development across the retail, residential and construction sectors.

Garrett Fox, CPA, is a member of FD’s Tax Practice in Atlanta with more than 10 years of public accounting experience, providing comprehensive tax planning and compliance services to business and individual clients. He works with closely-held businesses, their owners and other HNW individuals on a variety of tax planning and savings strategies. In addition, Fox serves as the firm’s Film Tax Credit Coordinator and is a member of the Passthrough & Real Estate Group, focusing on real estate taxation that includes acquisitions and dispositions, multistate compliance and complex partner allocations.

Dono Kabilova, CPA, is a member of FD’s Tax Practice in Alpharetta and has more than 15 years of experience in helping clients meet their tax compliance needs, with a focus on partnerships and HNW individuals. She specializes in tax returns for commercial and multifamily residential real estate clients and private equity funds, including upper-tier partnerships of foreign individuals invested in real estate funds. Kabilova also has deep expertise in partnership taxation, such as structuring/transaction work and preparing financial forecasts for potential tax credit investors.

Austin Miller, CPA, CISA, CIA, is a member of FD’s Advisory Practice in Charlotte with nearly 10 years of experience leading SOC reporting, IT/cybersecurity audit, internal audit/SOX and various other internal control advisory and compliance engagements. He is also the Vice President of ISACA’s Charlotte Chapter and a board member for the Shepherd’s Center of Charlotte. Miller has a wealth of experience with multiple public accounting firms, both global and regional, and has served clients in healthcare, technology, retail, energy, government, manufacturing & distribution and several other industries.

John Weiskittel, CPA, is a member of FD’s Tax Practice in Atlanta with nearly 15 years of experience. He specializes in complex real estate partnerships and corporate blocker structures with foreign investors, as well as small to midsize corporations and multistate pass-through entities. A member of the Passthrough & Real Estate Tax Group, Weiskittel serves the firm’s largest Timber Investment Management Organization and works with multifamily and industrial real estate developers. In addition to client service, He is actively involved in recruiting and regularly contributes to the firm’s internal technical training and community involvement efforts.

Chris Zotti, CPA, CISA, is a member of FD’s Advisory Practice in Nashville with over 10 years of experience leading and managing SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations, internal audit engagements and cybersecurity assessments. He specializes in complex, multi-framework assessments, including SOC, PCI-DSS and HITRUST engagements, for organizations of all sizes. Zotti serves clients across a variety of industries, such as FinTech, IT managed services, financial institutions, payment processing, manufacturing & distribution and healthcare.
