TRITEC Builds Long Island’s Premier Mixed-Use Hub Utilizing Sensera Systems' Jobsite Intelligence Solution

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sensera Systems today announced its jobsite intelligence solution and SiteCloud software were selected by TRITEC Real Estate Company (TRITEC) for its Station Yards build to provide jobsite security and progress monitoring. TRITEC is the developer and construction manager of Station Yards, a transformative 53-acre mixed-use development in Ronkonkoma, Long Island, NY.

TRITEC is currently constructing the second phase of The Core at Station Yards, modern living within a premier downtown and entertainment district. The $113 million project includes 175 residential units, 1,419 sq. ft. of retail space, and amenities such as a pool and courtyard. Key components of the project include site development, structural construction, architectural work, and mechanical, engineering, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
