Lynq Expands Institutional Network; XSY Joins as First Treasury Integration Partner

XSY Selects Lynq to Power Treasury Management and Real-Time Liquidity Operations.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lynq, the real-time institutional settlement network, today announced that XSY, the issuer of the delta-neutral synthetic dollar UTY (Unity), will begin using Lynq as a collateral management tool across treasury and operational workflows. The partnership introduces a modernized liquidity and settlement framework designed to reduce idle capital, streamline treasury operations, and strengthen collateral mobility for XSY’s UTY ecosystem.

UTY is created by depositing crypto collateral, which XSY then pairs with a matching short perpetual futures position, producing a fully hedged, delta-neutral synthetic dollar. This structure demands frequent, precise movement of capital across custodial wallets, exchanges, and on-chain accounts for activities such as margin and funding-rate settlements, redemption flows, peg maintenance, and daily treasury management. Under traditional settlement frameworks, such flows often force stablecoin liquidity to sit idle during cycles or buffer periods. By integrating with Lynq as a collateral-management layer, XSY aims to minimize idle capital, streamline treasury operations, and enhance collateral mobility across its UTY ecosystem.

“XSY represents a sophisticated institutional use case that requires precision, speed, and control in its treasury workflows,” said Jerald David, CEO of Lynq. “We are pleased to support XSY’s treasury operations and look forward to expanding the partnership as their ecosystem continues to grow.”

Lynq provides XSY with an institutional-grade platform where treasury balances, redemption reserves, and surplus margin capital can be held in a real-time, interest bearing, and bankruptcy remote framework. XSY will integrate with Lynq’s API to automate key workflows such as daily profit and loss sweeps, treasury rebalancing, redemption payouts, and custodial transfers. This automation reduces operational friction, minimizes reliance on legacy banking rails, and provides XSY with on-demand liquidity to support its delta-neutral treasury operations.

“Managing collateral efficiently is essential to the stability and performance of UTY,” said David Markley, Chief Operating Officer at XSY. “Lynq gives us a real-time treasury layer that improves how capital moves through our system. The ability to keep operational balances productive while maintaining liquidity only strengthens how we run the protocol.”

By joining the network, XSY further reinforces Lynq’s mission to create a settlement layer built by the industry, for the industry. Lynq was developed to bring cohesion to fragmented digital-asset settlement workflows, and early adopters, such as B2C2, Crypto.com, FalconX, Fireblocks, Galaxy, Wintermute and over twenty additional industry participants, reflect the growing institutional support behind this vision.

Today’s integration marks the beginning of a broader strategic relationship between the two firms. With Lynq’s infrastructure enabling instant, on-demand transfers and reducing the need for pre-funded collateral, the teams are now advancing into the next phase of development, exploring solutions such as just-in-time exchange funding and enhanced collateral-mobility frameworks. Together, Lynq and XSY aim to build a more capital-efficient, transparent, and responsive architecture for synthetic-dollar issuers and institutional markets.
