With more than two decades of global marketing leadership, Stark will drive Legion’s next phase of international growth, brand elevation, and demand acceleration as the company scales its category-defining workforce management (WFM) platform worldwide.

“Legion drew me in with a mission that’s both ambitious and deeply human,” said Stark. “After spending years scaling established global brands, I was ready to build something with more speed, impact, and creative runway. Legion is at a moment where disciplined, insight-driven marketing can accelerate market momentum, and I am excited to help them unlock the next level.”

As SVP of Brand & Performance Marketing at Dayforce, Stark modernized marketing operations and analytics while strengthening performance and market positioning across global regions. Most notably, she led the company’s global rebrand from Ceridian to Dayforce in just eight months, spanning 33 entities, 20 global offices, and a full website overhaul that increased traffic by 40% and engagement by 14%.

“Angela is exactly the leader we need in this chapter of our growth story,” said Sanish Mondkar, CEO and founder of Legion. “Her track record at Dayforce and Workday shows her ability to transform brands with clarity, creativity, and real business results. She understands this category, she understands our customers, and she immediately saw the scale of what Legion can be. Her leadership will elevate Legion’s brand as the global benchmark for AI-driven workforce management.”

Before Dayforce, Stark served as SVP of Brand & Performance Marketing at Workday, where she built the company’s global brand practice and contributed to record-breaking quarters for pipeline generation. Earlier in her career, she led brand strategy and experience at Cisco, overseeing global identity, naming, and brand architecture, among other roles.

At Legion, Stark will define and elevate the brand narrative while building a modern, scalable marketing engine that fuels Legion’s next stage of growth. “The goal is simple: pair sharp insights with a bold narrative to drive measurable impact,” said Stark. “Legion has a vision worth rallying behind and a product that leads the market — it’s the kind of opportunity that marketers wait our whole careers for, and I get to do it all with a mission and team that truly inspire me.”
