Elsberg Baker & Maruri Elevates Trial Lawyers Brian Campbell and Alexandra Sadinsky to Partnership

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Elsberg Baker & Maruri announced today the election of Brian Campbell and Alexandra Sadinsky to the firm’s partnership effective January 1, 2026. Elsberg Baker & Maruri maintains a one-tier equity partnership.

Brian Campbell litigates cases involving structured finance, monoline insurance, corporate governance, shareholder rights, restructuring and creditor rights, mergers and acquisitions, tax, GAAP accounting, environmental law, construction and engineering, and patent law. He has represented corporate clients in various industries, including energy and natural resources, power, petrochemicals, finance, insurance, aerospace, and private equity.

Campbell has appeared before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the District of Delaware Bankruptcy Court, the New York Commercial Division, other state and federal courts around the country, and has tried cases before panels of AAA arbitrators. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Mergers and Acquisitions Law and The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights, Insolvency and Reorganization Law, and Patent Law. Before entering the law, Campbell worked as an electronics engineer.

Alexandra Sadinsky works on high-profile litigations in the federal courts, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and other state courts across the country. She represents corporations, directors, officers, and other individuals in derivative and class action lawsuits, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions disputes, and complex commercial and securities litigation. Recent representative matters also include disputes involving claims of trade secret misappropriation, commercial contract disputes relating to investor rights, and matters involving financial fraud.

Recognized by Legal 500 for her expertise in commercial disputes, Sadinsky served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Denny Chin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School and is currently a member of the Fordham Law Alumni Association Board of Directors.
