SEH Announces Board Election Results and New Secretary Appointment 2025

SAINT PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH^®) announced the re-election of two directors – Randy Jenniges, PE*, and Randy Sanford, PE* – to its Board of Directors, and the appointment of April Ryan, PE*, as board secretary.

The SEH Board consists of nine individuals – seven internal directors and two external directors – who guide the organization’s strategic direction, policymaking, and governance. As a 100% employee-owned company, SEH empowers eligible participants in its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to vote in director elections, reinforcing SEH’s commitment to employee-owners having a say over who governs the firm.

Meet Our Board Members

Randy Jenniges is an SEH principal and director of land development with more than two decades of experience leading projects across the firm’s footprint. He has served on the SEH board of directors since 2022. Randy’s leadership focuses on expanding SEH’s presence in the private market in key growth geographies including Nebraska, North Carolina, and Texas. His collaborative approach and market-driven mindset continue to shape SEH’s growth strategy.

Randy Sanford is an SEH principal and regional practice center leader with over 30 years in the consulting engineering industry and 24 years at SEH. He leads sales efforts across seven states and has managed award-winning transportation, civil, and drinking water projects. He serves as SEH’s liaison to the National Association of Corporate Directors and chairs the Engineering and Construction Committee within the American Water Works Association.

April Ryan is an SEH principal and project manager with extensive experience in the civil engineering industry. As board secretary, she will ensure effective governance by maintaining accurate records and fostering clear communication among board members.
