Carrie Hunt Joins Navy Federal Credit Union as Senior Vice President of Military Affairs and Strategic Partnerships

VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Navy Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that Carrie Hunt will join the organization as Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Government Affairs. In this role, Hunt will lead initiatives that strengthen Navy Federal’s commitment to serving the military community and foster strategic relationships that advance the credit union’s mission. Before joining Navy Federal, Hunt served as Chief Advocacy Officer at America’s Credit Unions, where she led national advocacy efforts and worked closely with policymakers to advance credit union priorities.

Hunt brings extensive experience in advocacy and leadership within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of championing consumer-focused policies and building collaborative partnerships. She has also held senior leadership roles in government affairs and legal strategy, earning recognition for her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and champion initiatives that benefit consumers and the financial services industry. Her expertise will help Navy Federal continue to deliver exceptional value and support to its members worldwide.

This unified framework will strengthen members’ financial health and provide support through key moments both during and after military life.
