Appointment of Michael Dowling as Non-Executive Director to the Board of Oneview Healthcare

DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oneview Healthcare PLC (ASX: ONE) is delighted to announce the appointment of Michael J. Dowling, CEO Emeritus of Northwell Health, as a Non-Executive Director to its Board, effective December 2, 2025.

Michael brings decades of leadership experience in healthcare innovation and transformation at Northwell Health, making it New York's largest healthcare provider and private employer under his stewardship. As CEO of Northwell Health, Michael spearheaded initiatives that redefined patient care and operational excellence. His strategic insight and global perspective will be invaluable as Oneview continues to scale its digital engagement platform globally.

As the decision for Michael to join the board occurred after the Notice of Meeting for the 2025 AGM had been issued, the Board has resolved to co-opt him as a director, with his appointment to take effect on 2 December 2025. In accordance with standard practice and the Company’s Constitution, the Company will seek shareholder approval for his appointment, and for a proposed grant of RSUs related to his appointment at the next general meeting of shareholders of the Company in 2026.
