UKG Debuts AI-guided User Experience

Personalization, simplified navigation, and conversational search — plus a single consistent experience spanning HR, pay, and workforce management — helping everyone work faster

LOWELL, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UKG, a leading global AI platform unifying HR, pay, and workforce management, has unveiled a new AI-guided user experience for the UKG Pro® suite that is now available for customers to turn on. The experience brings consumer-level usability to enterprise software through a completely new, streamlined interface that blends personalization, conversational search, and simplicity. The result is a unified, consistent experience across the entire UKG Pro suite, spanning both HCM and Workforce Management. With the new design, everyday actions like requesting time off, approving timesheets, viewing pay, or updating personal information can now be completed in just a few clicks, emphasizing speed, clarity, and user delight.

UKG Bryte™ AI introduces a conversational interface that reimagines how people interact with workforce technology, moving beyond traditional point-and-click systems to a search- and context-driven experience that’s deeply personalized, more intuitive, and adaptive,” said Suresh Vittal, Chief Product Officer at UKG. “As the world’s Workforce Operating Platform trusted by more than 70% of the Fortune 500 to solve their most complex frontline workforce challenges, we’re proud to lead the way in delivering AI-guided technology designed for people.”

More than 180,000 users around the world participated in new experience beta testing, making it the largest and most successful UKG beta program to date, with nearly three-fourths of all beta testers adopting the new experience. Organizations can already activate the user interface at their own pace, giving them the flexibility to explore the new design and functionality before it becomes the default experience later in 2026. This opt-in approach ensures a smooth transition while letting customers and even their employees gradually transition.

The new experience will be one of many Innovations showcased next week at UKG® Aspire 2025, where approximately 5,000 customers, partners, industry analysts, and influencers will get an interactive look at the next wave of innovations for the UKG’s Workforce Operating Platform. UKG Aspire will take place next week, from Nov. 3-6, at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas.
