DALLAS & FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Davidson Bogel Real Estate (“DB2RE”) is pleased to announce the successful investment sales of 9090 Forney Road in Dallas, Texas, and 10111 Harmon Road in Fort Worth, Texas. Both assets represent stabilized, low-coverage industrial investments strategically positioned within infill submarkets of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

9090 Forney Road consists of a 4,000-square-foot industrial building situated on 2.6 acres, offering a rare sub-10% site coverage ratio within the East Dallas industrial corridor.
