RISMedia’s Rookie of the Year award celebrates new agents nationwide who demonstrate extraordinary business growth, innovation, and dedication to their clients and communities.

Theroux, who completed her continuing education with Colibri Real Estate, launched her career in 2023 and has already made an impressive impact. Within her first four months in business, she closed multiple contracts and, by the end of her first full year with Berkshire Hathaway, ranked in the top 9% of agents nationwide.

“I wanted to be in control of my success and serve clients in a meaningful way,” said Theroux. “Real estate allowed me to take a leap of faith, build a business on my own terms, and even combine my background in horses with my career by serving equestrian clients. I’m incredibly honored to be named a finalist by RISMedia, and I’m grateful for the role Colibri Real Estate has played in helping me continue my professional growth.”

Theroux chose Colibri Real Estate for her continuing education because of its flexible, self-paced format and up-to-date content. “It fit into my schedule seamlessly and felt interactive and relevant, unlike some courses that seem outdated,” she said. “Colibri made it easy to stay compliant while still building my business.”

“Ambre embodies the entrepreneurial drive and client dedication that makes real estate such a rewarding profession,” said Tina Lapp, Head of Industry Relations and Professional Excellence for Colibri Real Estate. “Her recognition as a Rookie of the Year finalist highlights her commitment to excellence, and we’re proud to have supported her education along the way.”

Known for her authenticity and persistence, Theroux has built strong client relationships and earned praise from seasoned agents for her professionalism and smooth transactions. She credits her business background and disciplined approach for helping her scale quickly, closing 15 transactions in her first year and setting the stage for continued growth.
