Donna Kelce Puts Her Game Face on as Returning Host of the 53rd Pillsbury Bake-Off™ Contest — with a Game Day Spin

Game day spreads take center field as Pillsbury challenges fans to enter their best recipes to win $50,000 and bragging rights as the 53rd Bake-Off™ Contest winner.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Pillsbury Bake-Off™ Contest has long been a joyful celebration of family-favorite recipes, but this year, it’s leveling up by going game day. With returning host and ultimate football mom Donna Kelce at the helm, home bakers across the country are invited to bring their Pillsbury game day recipes to the table. One lucky winner will score a $50,000 grand prize and be crowned the 53rd Bake-Off™ Contest winner.

“I’m thrilled to be back hosting the Pillsbury Bake-Off™ Contest! This year’s game day theme is such a fun twist because I know firsthand how the right spread can bring people together just as much as the game itself,” said Kelce. “As a lifelong football mom, I’m familiar with competition, so my advice for contestants is to have fun and make something your home crowd will cheer for.”

From savory bites that keep fans fueled to sweet treats worthy of a victory dance, game day isn’t complete without great spreads, and Pillsbury has always been part of the playbook. It’s something Mama Kelce knows well with years of turning football Sundays into family traditions built on the comfort, convenience and warmth of her favorite meals. Whether it’s finger food that can be eaten anywhere, a tailgate tradition or a family recipe that has stood the test of time, she has seen some of the best plays start in the kitchen with Pillsbury’s ready-to-bake pastries.

“This year’s Pillsbury Bake-Off™ Contest is more than just recipes, it’s about celebrating the moments like game days where traditions are shared and memories are made,” said Michelle Odland, Vice President and Business Unit Director, Pillsbury. “Football and food have the unique ability to rally the team, and there’s no one we’d rather take the field with again than Donna Kelce.”

To check out the full rules and to participate in this year’s Pillsbury Bake-Off™ Contest, visit Pillsbury.com/Bake-Off-Contest starting Sept. 8 through Oct. 6 to submit an original game day snack or meal recipe. Finalists and more fun will be announced by Donna Kelce in January, where anyone can be a judge. The recipes will face off in sweet and savory semi-final brackets with public voting to decide who advances to the finals and ultimately emerges as this year’s grand prize winner.
