Yukin brings 15 years of product experience at startups, large enterprises, and ecommerce giants. He has built and scaled product teams from the ground up, with a proven track record of applying customer discovery principles to launch cutting-edge, high-impact solutions. His career spans roles leading martech across channels, teams, and brands – including running advanced personalization at Carter’s, order communication and loyalty product experience at The Home Depot, and building direct-to-consumer ecommerce experiences at the Global Fashion Group ecommerce retailer Lamoda.

“I’ve spent my career helping brands deeply understand and serve their customers using complex tech stacks. Too many enterprises sit on oceans of valuable data but are held back by slow, siloed tooling,” said Eugene Yukin, VP of Product at MessageGears. “MessageGears changes that. I see an incredible opportunity to help marketers activate that data responsibly and in real time, creating moments their customers truly care about. The pace of innovation in marketing has never been faster, and I'm thrilled to help our customers navigate what's next.”

Most recently at Carter’s, Yukin served as Senior Director of Personalization, building the company’s first data-driven personalization and marketing technology product team. He led initiatives that transformed communications and customer experiences across channels – including integrated loyalty experiences, weather-aware personalization, 1:1 offers, and enabling greater personalization across email, SMS, and push. During his time as a product leader at Lamoda, one of the largest lifestyle and fashion ecommerce retailers in Europe, he directly oversaw web and mobile shopping experiences, driving innovative approaches to product discovery and consumer engagement. He has also led large product initiatives at The Home Depot, including a focus on optimizing transactional order notifications across email and SMS.

“Eugene’s experience uniquely bridges the worlds of B2C and B2B marketing technology,” said Nathan Remmes, CEO of MessageGears. “He’s been the customer we sell to, and he’s built the tech stacks and strategies our clients need. That empathy and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to deliver the most flexible, secure, and real-time data activation platform for enterprise teams that are looking to get more value out of their data warehouse.”

Yukin’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for MessageGears as the company continues to invest in warehouse-native customer engagement and data activation. With a composable, API-first architecture, MessageGears is built to help marketers move faster and connect with customers more meaningfully, while ensuring IT teams maintain total command over data governance and compliance.
