Deliverect Hits 1 Billion Orders, Appoints Papa John’s Veteran as President of the Americas to Accelerate AI-Powered Future

Justin Falciola joins as President of the Americas to lead Deliverect’s next chapter of growth, as the company surpasses 1 billion orders and reaffirms its leadership in AI-driven digital restaurant operations

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Deliverect, a leading global food tech SaaS company, today announced the appointment of Justin Falciola as President of the Americas, signaling a bold new phase of AI-led growth in the U.S. and beyond. A seasoned digital and technology executive, Falciola brings a proven track record of growing high-scale digital businesses and transforming restaurant operations through innovation. The news comes as Deliverect surpasses 1 billion orders processed, a milestone that underscores the company’s digital scale, industry-leading integration network, and the power of its AI platform to unlock efficiency, speed, and bottom-line profit in modern restaurant operations.

Falciola brings extensive leadership experience from major restaurant brands, having joined Papa John's in 2016 to lead their Digital team before being appointed Chief Analytics and Technology Officer in 2018, where he oversaw technology, analytics and digital solutions for more than 6,000 restaurants in 50 countries and led efforts that grew web, mobile, and aggregator sales by $1 billion between 2019 and 2021. Prior to joining Deliverect, Falciola served as Chief Technology & Growth Officer at CKE Restaurant Holdings, parent company of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, where he oversaw IT operations globally for ~3,800 restaurants in 40 countries and created a strategic growth framework focused on demand channels, digital platforms, payments, and loyalty programs.

“Reaching 1 billion orders is a major moment — but it’s just the beginning,” said Zhong Xu, CEO of Deliverect. “Restaurants need more than automation; they need intelligence and a best-in-class network of integration opportunities. Justin’s experience driving digital innovation at some of the world’s largest restaurant brands makes him the ideal leader to help scale our AI capabilities and deliver even more value for customers and partners across the Americas. Our AI-first vision is already transforming restaurant performance in the U.S. market — and with Justin’s leadership, we’re poised to accelerate that impact even further.”

The 1 billion order benchmark further solidifies Deliverect's position as the world's leading solutions provider for enterprise digital ordering, serving over 68,000 locations across 52+ countries worldwide with a 99.95% uptime and API-first flexibility that restaurant and retail operators depend on. The company's AI-powered platform was built to handle billions of digital orders seamlessly, supported by over 1,000 integrations in the industry's most robust ecosystem, and a team of 450+ employees dedicated to supporting every customer throughout their journey.

“I’ve spent the last decade of my career at the intersection of technology and food service, and I believe Deliverect is the most exciting company in restaurant tech today,” said Justin Falciola, President of the Americas of Deliverect. “Its AI capabilities aren't just futuristic — they're already helping global brands reduce wait times, predict demand, and make smarter decisions in real time. Combined with our comprehensive digital ordering platform and integration ecosystem, Deliverect is uniquely positioned to serve the U.S., already our largest market where we process millions of orders each week. I'm thrilled to join at this inflection point and help bring this complete technology stack to thousands more restaurants across the Americas, establishing Deliverect as the definitive leader in digital restaurant operations.”
