In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the UK's Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR), CRH plc announces that:

The total number of Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.32 each in issue as at the date of this notice is 712,911,134. As at 30th May 2025, the Company holds 38,326,041 Treasury Shares.

The total number of voting rights is, therefore, 674,585,093.

The above figure, 674,585,093, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CRH plc under the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
