AM Best to Speak and Sponsor at the Program Manager Conference & Awards 2025

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best Managing Director Greg Williams will join a panel discussion during The Insurer’s upcoming Program Manager Conference and Awards on May 29, 2025, at Gotham Hall in New York City, NY.

During the session, titled, “Capacity is King: Finding Long-Term stability,” panelists will discuss building sustainable panels and strategic capacity relationships; the pros and cons of single and multiple carrier relationships; data and the art of negotiating optimal reinsurance deals; and the evolution of fronting and hybrid risk-bearing managing general agents. The panel is scheduled for 11:50 a.m. EDT.

Williams oversees a team of analysts who are responsible for monitoring and evaluating companies that operate in the personal lines, commercial lines and life/annuity segments in the United States and Canada. He also was instrumental in the development and launch of Best’s Performance Assessment for Delegated Underwriting Authority Enterprises (DUAE). AM Best’s Performance Assessment is an industry-first tool providing an objective, independent opinion of a DUAE’s ability to perform services on behalf of carriers.
