Snap Finance® Honored as Bronze Stevie® Award Winner in 2025 American Business Awards®

Recognized for Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility through its Cross-Border Snap Cares Program

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Snap Finance LLC, a leading provider of innovative and flexible pay-over-time financing solutions, has been named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility category in the 23rd Annual American Business Awards®.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program, recognizing the nation’s most respected companies for their performance and innovation. More than 3,600 nominations were submitted this year for consideration across a wide range of categories.

Snap Finance’s recognition stems from the impact and evolution of its corporate social responsibility program, Snap Cares, which launched in 2021 with the mission of empowering communities to thrive through direct support, volunteerism, and strategic nonprofit partnerships. Since then, Snap Cares has contributed over $7 million in monetary and in-kind donations, with more than 6,000 volunteer hours logged by team members across three countries.

“This recognition is a powerful reflection of who we are and what we stand for,” said Ted Saunders, CEO of Snap Finance. “Snap Cares represents our belief that financial services companies can make a real impact in the lives of the less fortunate. By playing an active role in deliberate philanthropy in underserved communities, our company is making a measurable difference. I couldn’t be more proud of our team’s efforts to lift up communities around the globe with compassion, intention, and action.”

Since the beginning of 2023, Snap Cares has hosted over 100 volunteer events, awarded 33 community impact grants, supported over 25 nonprofit organizations, and mobilized more than 70% of its employees to volunteer. Projects have ranged from addressing food insecurity through the donation of over 20,000 pounds of goods, to building homes in Costa Rica with TECHO, to assembling over 1,000 backpacks for students in Utah.

“This isn’t just a program — it’s part of our DNA,” said Kendall Banks, Snap Cares Program Leader. “The intentionality of Snap Cares lies in our integrated approach to volunteerism, giving, and partnerships and the genuine commitment our employees have to stepping up, again and again, for causes they care about. It’s hands-on. It’s deeply personal. And this award belongs to every single Snap team member who has poured their heart into giving back.”

“Organizations across the United States continue to demonstrate resilience and commitment to positive change,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller. “The 2025 winners have helped drive success through hard work and forward-thinking leadership.”
