RISE Robotics Selected for U.S. Air Force’s $46 Billion EWAAC Contract Vehicle

SOMERVILLE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RISE Robotics, the creator of Beltdraulic™ Systems and leader in next-generation industrial actuation, has been selected to join the U.S. Air Force’s Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) On-Ramp IV. This milestone enables RISE to compete for future USAF delivery orders as part of the $46 billion Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.

Participating in EWAAC enables RISE to better address ground support equipment modernization efforts with the Air Force Global Strike Command (AGGSC) and other USAF initiatives by providing a ready-to-use contract vehicle. This mechanism allows for future procurements, including the development and deployment of the Beltdraulic SuperJammer.

“Being selected to participate in EWAAC puts RISE on the radar of major defense integrators,” said Hiten Sonpal, CEO of RISE Robotics. “It allows our Beltdraulic Systems to be considered for the military’s most advanced platforms — especially in the areas of electronic warfare and next-generation logistics.”

The EWAAC program, managed by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), was designed to accelerate acquisition timelines and increase access to innovative technology providers. Through the contract vehicle, selected companies can rapidly respond to evolving mission needs with agile solutions that meet stringent performance and durability requirements.

RISE’s onboarding to the EWAAC IDIQ represents the latest milestone in a series of advancements for the company, including its recent GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for Strongest Robotic Arm Prototype and the launch of the Beltdraulic Railgate and Beldraulic Developer Kit.
