Arrival supplements Davis Polk’s specialty finance practice by establishing a broad-based securitization practice

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Davis Polk today announced that leading structured finance lawyer Ryan McNaughton has joined the firm as a partner in its Finance practice in New York.

Adding sophisticated securitization capabilities gives Davis Polk an unmatched finance platform offering clients a comprehensive, integrated experience across products.”

“Ryan has uniquely broad structured finance experience, and his arrival positions us well as clients, especially in the fund finance space, continue to turn to us to execute on these sophisticated financings,” said Meyer Dworkin, head of Davis Polk’s Structured Credit practice. “We are very excited and fortunate to have him on board.”

Mr. McNaughton said, “Davis Polk has an unrivaled reputation for excellence, and the finance team is exceptional. I am thrilled to be part of the continued growth of the practice, and I look forward to working with our clients on their most complex securitization matters.”
