This is available to view on the SEC’s website, www.sec.gov, and on the Company’s website at: www.crh.com.

The 2024 Annual Report has also been submitted to the U.K. National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
