VTO Program empowers employees to give back to local communities

Taking employee feedback about the desire to engage in volunteer activities within their own local communities, the Swisslog Healthcare leadership team launched a formal volunteer program to help their employees take action. In its first year, 14% of Swisslog Healthcare employees utilized the program, contributing to various charitable causes throughout the year. While employees supported various organizations nationwide, Swisslog Healthcare's three key charities in Colorado received significant attention: Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, FRIENDS of Broomfield and A Precious Child.
