Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation Invites Residents to Apply for 2025/2026 Academic Scholarship Support

Application deadline is March 15, 2025

MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation, the non-profit organization of Balfour Beatty Communities, is excited to announce the opening of applications for its 2025/2026 academic scholarship program. Recipients will be chosen based on academic performance, community service, involvement in extracurricular activities, and financial need.

This scholarship program not only invests in the future of these scholars but also helps create tomorrow’s leaders, staying true to our 'We Care' ethos by prioritizing the success and well-being of the communities we serve."

To be eligible for a Foundation scholarship, applicants must:

  • Reside at a Balfour Beatty Communities-owned and/or managed military, student housing, or multifamily community
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Actively participate in extracurricular activities
  • Plan to attend an accredited college, university, or trade school in the 2025/2026 academic year

Applicants are also required to submit an original essay that highlights their educational goals, aspirations, and how the scholarship will help further their academic journey.

Since 2009, the Foundation has awarded over 700 scholarships, totaling more than $1.5 million, to support the educational dreams of students across Balfour Beatty Communities properties.
