SCS Financial Appoints Adrienne Penta as National Head of Wealth Management

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SCS Financial, a leading wealth and investment management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions, today announced the appointment of Adrienne Penta to the role of National Head of Wealth Management, effective January 6th. Ms. Penta is an accomplished financial services leader who has dedicated her career to helping clients engage in conversations about their wealth and build integrated, holistic plans for achieving their goals.

Headquartered in Boston, SCS Financial managed over $32 billion in assets as of September 30, 2024, and serves as the dedicated Family Office & Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) hub of Focus Financial Partners. With the addition of Ms. Penta, the SCS leadership team advances its vision of providing innovative wealth management solutions to its clients.

Prior to joining SCS, Ms. Penta spent over 15 years at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), holding multiple client-facing and strategy roles within the wealth management business. Notably, she led the creation of the BBH Center for Women & Wealth (CW&W), which is dedicated to supporting women in creating and managing wealth. Under her leadership, CW&W became nationally recognized for its unyielding commitment to help clients engage in conversations about family, wealth, and values. Prior to joining Brown Brothers Harriman, Ms. Penta was a practicing trusts and estates attorney at Choate Hall & Stewart LLP.

Ms. Penta is active in her community and is currently the President of the International Women's Forum of Massachusetts. She also serves on the board of several philanthropic organizations including the Home for Little Wanderers, New America's Better Life Lab Advisory Council, and the Women's Philanthropy Institute at the Lilly School of Philanthropy's advisory board.
