UKG Hires Sarah Hodges as Chief Marketing Officer

LOWELL, Mass. & WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solutions, today announced that Sarah Hodges will join the company as chief marketing officer (CMO) on January 6, 2025. Hodges will report to UKG President, GTM, Rachel Barger, and lead brand awareness and creative experiences, product and industry marketing, field marketing, and customer advocacy and digital customer experiences.

Hodges is currently CMO at Procore Technologies (NYSE: PCOR) where she is responsible for the development of the strategic marketing plan and execution of all marketing activities globally. Prior to Procore, Hodges held various roles at multinational software leader Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK), including general manager of ShotGrid, the company’s cloud-based production planning solution, and vice president of product management for its Media and Entertainment portfolio.

Following the appointment of UKG CEO Jennifer Morgan in July, UKG continues to add key executives to its leadership suite, including inaugural Chief Communications Officer Jennifer Hanley, incoming President, CFO Arlen Shenkman, who will join the same day as Hodges, and Chief Product Officer Suresh Vittal, who will join the company on January 20, 2025.
