USIC Appoints Chief Financial Officer

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--USIC, LLC (“USIC”), the leader in underground utility damage prevention, has announced the appointment of Pavan Bhalla as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Pavan joins USIC after serving as CFO of Vialto Partners, a tax and mobility services company operating in over 50 countries, prior to which he held operational leadership roles in private and public companies across a range of industries, including telecommunication and professional services.

A certified public accountant, Pavan holds an MBA in analytic finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MBA in decision support systems from Simon Fraser University.
