The TrueFlex Contentionless Twin 16x24 WSS is designed for modern colorless, directionless, contentionless (CDC) reconfigurable optical add-drop multiplexer (ROADM) networks, offering enhanced scalability with additional add/drop ports, superior signal quality through advanced wavelength filtering, and a cost-effective structure that eliminates the need for costly erbium-doped fiber amplifier arrays. By addressing traditional splitting losses and reducing out-of-band noise, the WSS optimizes performance for high-degree nodes and multi-rail applications. Available in both 16x24 and 8x26 configurations, it is suited to meet diverse network needs in CDC ROADM applications.
