Leading national insurance brokerage firm commits to three-year lease in the heart of downtown

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliant Insurance Services has signed a three-year lease for its new office space in the heart of Downtown Portland, Oregon, one block from Pioneer Courthouse Square and directly on the MAX transit line. As the fifth largest P&C insurance brokerage firm in the U.S., Alliant is proud to support the revitalization efforts of Downtown Portland by adding revenue and attracting employees and clients to the area.

Alliant’s new centrally located office space is within a Class A building that offers accessibility for staff and clients and building amenities that include a beautifully renovated atrium lobby, three conference rooms, a high-end workout facility with towel service, classic Northwest Art collection and a balcony overlooking Broadway for building tenants. The building also offers an on-site café and a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor.
