Dorsey Strengthens its M&A/Corporate Team with Partner Brian Moll

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dorsey & Whitney LLP continues to expand its Phoenix office with the arrival of Mergers & Acquisitions + Corporate Transactional Partner Brian Moll, the international law firm announced today.

Brian focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. He routinely advises clients in a variety of industries: healthcare, technology and software, business services, consumer goods and services, and private equity and venture capital. Brian joins Dorsey from Quarles, where he was a partner. Brian received his J.D. and B.A. from the Ohio State University.
