SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Franklin Limited Duration Income Trust [NYSE American: FTF] today announced a Portfolio Management Team update.

Effective September 30, 2024, the named portfolio management team responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Fund is as follows:

• Glenn Voyles
• Justin Ma
• Patrick Klein
• Jon Belk

Effective September 30, 2024, Sonal Desai is no longer a portfolio manager of the Fund. Dr. Desai continues to serve as Chief Investment Officer of Franklin Templeton Fixed Income and as portfolio manager to other Franklin Templeton strategies.
