7 litigators earn repeat recognition by Texas Super Lawyers

LONGVIEW, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seven attorneys with trial boutique Ward, Smith & Hill, PLLC, have earned repeat recognition by Texas Super Lawyers, a distinguished listing that highlights the top 5% of attorneys practicing in the state.

Among the firm’s honorees is trial lawyer Andrea Fair, who is recognized for excellence in intellectual property litigation. Ms. Fair this year secured $847 million and $122 million jury verdicts in patent infringement cases. She is also a finalist for Intellectual Property Attorney of the Year, an honor from American Lawyer Media and Law.com through its Texas Legal Awards process.

Johnny Ward and Wesley Hill were also recognized for intellectual property litigation, as was Of Counsel and former U.S. District Court Judge T. John Ward and former magistrate judge Charles Everingham IV. Bruce A. Smith was honored for his alternative dispute resolution practice.

Partner Claire Abernathy Henry was recognized in the 2024 edition for business litigation. Ms. Henry represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes, securities litigation, False Claims Act cases, antitrust litigation and high-stakes patent litigation matters in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
