The Company is Recognized as a Leader for Best Sales Force Automation, Best Marketing Automation, and in the Best Small and Midmarket CRM Suite Categories

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SugarCRM, provider of the award-winning intelligence-driven sales automation platform, has been named a Leader in the 2024 CRM Industry Leader Awards for the fourth year running. Sugar has been recognized as a top CRM provider in the Best Sales Force Automation, Best Marketing Automation, and Best Small and Midmarket CRM Suite categories.

The award programs recognize the leading providers pointing the way forward and driving innovation with the best products and capabilities in sales, marketing and customer service. CRM Industry Leader Awards are significant because they are determined by a panel of expert industry analysts and consultants.

The leaders were announced by industry analysts Paul Greenberg and Brent Leary on the CRM Playaz live stream, alongside CRM Magazine representatives. The magazine’s September 2024 issue provides an overview of the top five solution winners in each category.

Regarding Sugar’s inclusion in the Best Sales Force Automation category, judges note: SugarCRM’s Sell solution has broad appeal, primarily because it provides, “consistent, easy-to-use experiences for sales teams,” according to Kate Leggett, Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, who notes highlights including “workflow support, customer journey visualization, and a robust renewals console for recurring revenue management.”

Regarding Sugar’s recognition in the Best Small and Midmarket CRM Suite category, judges report: “Folks still like being able to start with SugarCRM and scale out as they grow,” said Ray Wang, Founder and Chairman of Constellation Research. Sugar offers, “a straightforward, full-featured CRM,” according to Leggett, who underscores SugarCRM’s strengths in sales process support, pipeline inspection tools, customer journey visualization, and support for renewals and subscriptions.

“Being recognized as a top CRM provider by the esteemed panel of CRM Industry Leader Award judges for the fourth year in a row is a tremendous honor for Sugar,” said Clare Dorrian, Chief Marketing Officer, SugarCRM. “Sugar is proud to be recognized among a distinguished group of CRM leaders.
