DataLink brings optimized interoperability to Texas Independence Health Plan with EvokeConnect

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DataLink, a leading provider of data-driven solutions for high-quality, value-based care, today announced that they’ve partnered with Texas Independence Health Plan, Inc., a Medicare Advantage HMO Institutional Special Needs Plan (HMO I-SNP) for individuals enrolled in Medicare who reside in long-term care facilities.
