New Name, Same Mission: Precision Equine Pharmacy Completes Integration with Wedgewood

SWEDESBORO, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--This week marks a significant milestone as Bakersfield, CA-based Precision Equine Pharmacy completes its integration with Wedgewood, uniting under the Wedgewood name to serve the equine community with an expanded range of compounded medications in horse-friendly dosage forms and flavors. In 2023, Wedgewood, based in New Jersey, acquired Precision, along with Lexington, KY-based Wickliffe Pharmacy and Novato, CA-based Brava Pharmacy as part of its merger with Portland, ME-based Blue Rabbit. Blue Rabbit is Wedgewood’s PIMS-integrated e-prescribing and home delivery platform.

Precision and Wickliffe are now integral parts of Wedgewood Equine, a dedicated division within Wedgewood focused on equine care, leveraging over 80 years of combined equine experience. Wickliffe will complete integration later this year, further solidifying the resources and expertise of the newly combined division.
