In his most recent role as a chief growth officer and chief marketing officer with Personal Capital, he drove significant revenue growth and business development, contributing to the company’s acquisition by Empower. His tenure in the industry also includes roles such as executive vice president and managing director at Fidelity Investments where he made his mark modernizing marketing strategies and enhancing client services through new innovative offerings and developing groundbreaking client engagement tools. Prior to Fidelity, Burton spent several years in leadership roles with Charles Schwab.
