BIA/OC to Co-Host Future Housing & Sustainability Conference and Rock Show with Moulton Niguel Water District and the Orange County Realtors

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Building Industry Association of Southern California Orange County Chapter (BIA/OC) has announced that it will co-host the highly anticipated Future Housing & Sustainability Conference with Moulton Niguel Water District and the Orange County Realtors (OCR). The event will take place on August 20, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Moulton Niguel Water District in Laguna Hills, California.

Conference attendees can expect a robust agenda of multiple panels featuring a mix of state-level and local experts and elected officials addressing topics including:

• The Future of Housing & Real Estate
• Energy & Sustainability
• Orange County Infrastructure
• Housing Policy & Politics

Conference speakers will include: Joaquin Esquivel (Chair, California State Water Resources Control Board); Duane D. Cave (President, Moulton Niguel Water District); Jordan G.
