AM Best to Sponsor and Participate in The Insurer’s Program Manager Conference & Awards Event

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best Senior Director Greg Williams will participate in a panel discussion on market conditions in the fronting carrier segment during The Insurer’s upcoming Program Manager Conference & Awards event in New York, NY. The event takes place May 29, 2024, at Gotham Hall.

The panel is titled, “Fronting Carriers, Collateral and the Vesttoo Fallout,” and will be moderated by Desmond Bohan, managing director, ProLink Solutions, BMS Re. Participants will discuss the state of play in the fronting carrier sector; the growth prospects as new arrivals continue to emerge; the potential for consolidation; the evolution of the pure front vs. hybrid model; and the specter of tail risk, among other issues.

Williams oversees a team of analysts who are responsible for monitoring and evaluating companies that operate in the personal lines, commercial lines and life/annuity segments in the United States and Canada. He has also been instrumental in the development and launch of Best’s Performance Assessment for Delegated Underwriting Authority Enterprises (DUAE). A Best’s Performance Assessment is an industry-first tool providing an objective, independent opinion of a DUAE’s ability to perform services on behalf of carriers.
