The JF Petroleum Group Acquires GE Goodson Service Company, Inc.

MORRISVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The JF Petroleum Group (“JF”), a leading provider of fueling system solutions, including equipment distribution, maintenance & repair, installation & construction, and general contracting services across North America, announced today that it has acquired GE Goodson Service Company, Inc (“Goodson”). Goodson is an established general contractor serving the petroleum equipment industry, headquartered in Midland, Texas, that also provides maintenance & repair and compliance testing services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The GE Goodson Company has a long-standing history of providing exceptionally high-quality construction services and maintenance support to its customer base in the greater Midland-Odessa area of Central to West Texas. The Goodson Branch will be integrated into the JF West Region and will operate as the JF Petroleum Group’s Midland Branch on a go-forward basis.
