The RMR Group Earns 2024 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year Award for the Sixth Consecutive Year

Company Achieves Sustained Excellence Designation for Fourth Year in a Row

NEWTON, Mass.--()--The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) today announced that it received the 2024 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year Award for the sixth consecutive year. RMR was also recognized as an ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence honoree for the fourth consecutive year. RMR’s sustainability efforts on behalf of its clients have resulted in an aggregate 88 properties receiving ENERGY STAR certification, which is a 14% increase from a year ago.

Additionally, as a result of RMR’s energy management and stakeholder engagement programs developed to help its clients achieve their environmental goals, Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI), an RMR client, also received the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award in 2024 for the seventh consecutive year and was recognized as a Sustained Excellence honoree for the fifth consecutive year.
