Serrano is responsible for all risk adjustment and quality strategy for Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Medicare Advantage contracts. She also oversees provider engagement and value-based care, including incentive programs and shared savings. Hoyt is an experienced care coordinator in the population health management industry.
