HealthTrust Performance Group® Chief Legal Officer Named to HSCA Board

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HealthTrust Performance Group®, a leading healthcare performance improvement organization supporting providers across all sites of care, announced the recent appointment of Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel Rob Arreola to a two-year term on the Healthcare Supply Chain Association (HSCA) Board of Directors.

Arreola is one of four new members to be added to the HSCA board. He has been with HealthTrust for over a decade and oversees all legal matters related to HealthTrust’s day-to-day operations. Arreola has more than 20 years of legal practice experience, with a background spanning commercial litigation, R&D outsourcing, compliance, procurement, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare group purchasing.

“The HSCA engages in critical efforts to ensure group purchasing organizations are recognized as an essential component in the healthcare system,” said Arreola. “I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and policymakers to provide transparency and accountability.”

Arreola’s board appointment begins as HealthTrust President and CEO Ed Jones concludes several years of service on the HSCA board, including as board chair in 2017 and immediate past chair in 2019.
