Kinterra Appoints Amanda Zeidler as Senior Director, Environment for White Pine Copper

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kinterra Capital Corp. ("Kinterra Capital"), a private equity firm that invests in and develops key critical minerals assets and strategic infrastructure necessary for the energy transition, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Zeidler as Senior Director, Environment for its portfolio company, White Pine Copper (“White Pine” or “the Company"), owner and operator of one North America's largest independently-owned copper assets. The Company is a joint venture between a Kinterra affiliate and Highland Copper Company Inc. (TSXV: HI; OTCQB: HDRSF).

Amanda Zeidler is a highly qualified Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) professional with over two decades of experience developing and overseeing environmental and safety regulatory compliance programs, risk management, permitting, and injury reduction efforts. Throughout her career, Zeidler has led teams and overseen operations spanning six countries.

Zeidler comes to White Pine from Lundin Mining Corporation where she was Senior Director, Environment, and served in numerous roles for its Eagle Mine project, most recently as Health, Safety, Environment & Permitting Manager. Previously, she held environmental positions at companies including Rio Tinto. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Northland College.
