Relation Insurance Services, Inc. Acquires the Assets of North Shore Benefit Partners Corporation and HR Virtual Solutions, LLC

Transaction adds to Relation’s presence in Illinois and further expands Relation’s employee benefits offerings in the region

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”) has acquired the assets of North Shore Benefit Partners Corporations (“NSBP”) and HR Virtual Solutions, LLC (“HRVS”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

NSBP and HRVS, both based in the Chicagoland area, provide employee benefits solutions to clients throughout Illinois. NSBP and HRVS will join Relation’s Great Lakes Region, with Bob Levy, NSBP principal, and Joe Indovina, HRVS principal, continuing to lead their respective firms under Relation.
